In collaboration with teachers, the library publishes a list of useful web sites for learning and research. All sites listed have been vetted to make sure they are age-appropriate, current, authoritative, and relevant to the needs of students.

Merrian-Webster Online. Free online dictionary, thesaurus, spanish-english and medical dictionaries, audio pronunciations, Word of the Day, word games, and other resources.
Regents Exams Prep Center. Offers practice exams, writing guides and study strategies to prepare for the New York State Regents high school graduation requirements..

American Council on Exercise. Offers health and fitness tips and videos, fitness question and answers, healthy recipes, an exercise library and health and fitness research.
Olympic Sports. Information on the 35 sports and 400 events of the Olympic Games program. There is also information on past Olympic sports and sports recognised by the Olympic Movement.
The Secrets of Living Longer. A National Geographic multimedia feature on longevity including Adventists among some of the longest lived populations.
Teens Health. Offers a safe, private place to get information about health, growth, and emotions. It gives teens the doctor-approved info they need to understand the changes they go through.
WebMD. Trustworthy and timely health and medical news and information. It provides credible health information, supportive community, and educational services.

Bible Gateway. Search for keywords, phrases, passages and topics in 20 English versions of the Bible. Many other languages are also available, including Spanish and French. Many Scriptures are available in audio form. In addition, this site provides access to two Bible commentaries and three dictionaries.
Codex Sinaiticus. The entire manuscript in digital form. The oldest substantial book to survive Antiquity, it contains the Christian Bible in Greek, including the oldest complete copy of the New Testament..
Catholic Encyclopedia. Contains more than 10,000 articles on the history, teachings and practices of the Catholic church.
Early Christian Writings. Documents from the first two centuries with translations and commentary. Includes the New Testament, Apocrypha, Gnostics, and Church Fathers.
